Shipping policy

What if we get an incorrect or incomplete address?

In the event that a gift basket is sent to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Regrettably, UPS imposes a flat $15 fee for returning the package, which we must pass on to you. Once a package with an incomplete or incorrect address has departed our facility, there is little we can do. Sometimes, we can redirect a package to the appropriate address for a $15 fee, but this is not always successful. Nonetheless, the package will ultimately be sent back to us and must be dispatched once more for delivery. UPS does not always notify us when a package delivery is problematic, and we only become aware of the issue when the package is returned. In these rare cases, we appreciate your patience and pledge to do everything in our power to ensure that your gift basket arrives in ideal condition and as quickly as possible. To help, please ensure that the correct address info is used at checkout.

What if the gift is going to a business?

In the event of shipping a gift to a business, both USPS and UPS will transport the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company. This area may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk. A number of companies have policies in place that prohibit delivery drivers from entering the office to locate the recipient. Therefore, once the package has been acknowledged, it becomes the responsibility of the company to ensure that the gift is delivered to the intended recipient.
