Return Policy

In the event that a gift is returned to us, we may issue a refund for the product purchase price, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not facilitate package returns. If a package is refused delivery, has an unsigned/unclaimed delivery, or an undeliverable address or incorrect name, it is also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Thus, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate, and that someone is available to sign for the package.

If you discover an error in the shipping address or if the recipient has relocated, we can modify the delivery address if the package is still in transit via UPS Services. You will only be charged for the service fee charged by the shipper, which generally ranges from $15-$35, depending on the redirection of the package. Kindly email us promptly at info@beebsgifts.com during our business hours to make any redirection changes. Please note that we cannot make any redirection changes outside of business hours.

Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and in their order confirmation email. Once an address modification is requested, carriers may require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Beeb’s Gifts is not responsible for transit delays caused by address modification or incorrect names. Address changes or name changes cannot be processed outside of business hours.

Although we generally process and ship our gifts within one business day of receiving your order, some factors are beyond our control, such as weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Therefore, the shipping guidelines published on our website do not guarantee a shipping or arrival date. 

At present, we only ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

In the event that you return a shelf-stable item in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will provide a store credit for the total amount of your order, less our expenses for shipping and handling both ways. Return Policy for Canceled Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel your order after shipment, our standard return policy will apply.

Return Policy for Free Shipping Items

For items that are shipped for free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.

Return Policy for Damaged Products

If a product arrives in a damaged condition or with items missing, kindly inform us within 15 days. We will gladly send you a replacement at the earliest possible time. Please bear in mind that missing items may have been replaced.
