FAQs
How do I apply a discount coupon to my order
To apply a coupon or discount to your order, you can follow these simple steps. First, add a product that meets the criteria for the offer to your cart. Secondly, carefully read the terms and conditions of the offer to identify any restrictions that apply. Next, proceed through the checkout process as usual. At the "order summary" section in your cart or later in the checkout process, you can enter your code into the promotion code field. Finally, click the apply button to activate your discount, and your Order Summary will be updated to reflect the details of your discount.
Will I receive an order receipt/order confirmation?
When you order from our store, you will receive a confirmation page once you complete the checkout process. We suggest that you print or save this page and keep it as a record of your purchase. Additionally, we will send you a confirmation email after you place your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please double-check your email address as it may have been entered incorrectly.
How do I cancel or change an order I already placed?
You may request a change (address, card message, additional items, etc.) to your order at any time or cancel before we process your order which is typically around 24 business hours. However, if your order has left the location for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to change your order. Please send all order changes or cancellations to info@beebsgifts.com.
